Simply put, I just want to be part of something incredible.
I am a graphic designer, currently based out of Brooklyn, originally from North Carolina.
Since design has such a unique power to ignite emotion, I believe strongly in using it to put a face to ideas that trigger change (head, habit, heart.) Because really when it comes down to it, design is ultimately about upping the Greatest Happiness Index.
Currently, I am part of the team at Generation manning the Print Design and Production.
Holding a Bachelors of Graphic Design from North Carolina State University (May 2010), In the past I have done work as the in-house designer at the NYC nonprofit, New York Cares and worked as an intern with the graphic design teams at The Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art in North Adams, MA and the Museum of Modern Art in New York, NY.
Otherwise, I like to fill my free time spending an excessive number of hours in art museums and becoming a youtube cat video connoisseur.
I am particularly interested in seeking side design collaboration projects with other working designers and artists. (Contact me! I would love to talk with you!)
